Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative / Order Picker / Customer Liaison to join our team. This role combines efficient warehouse operations with exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and positive client interactions. Duties

  • Pick and pack flower and plant orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications
  • Maintain organized storage areas to facilitate quick conditioning and retrieval of products
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and updating data entry records
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email to confirm orders, provide updates, or resolve issues
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Support the loading and unloading of shipments while adhering to safety protocols
  • Document order details, inventory movements, and customer interactions

Working Hours

5am till 2pm Monday to Saturday with mid week day off

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
  • Data entry skills with proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly phone manner
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting boxes, and operating warehouse equipment safely
  • Attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory management
  • Basic analysis skills for identifying discrepancies or process improvements
