Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our team as WFH Transcriptionists / Data Transcribers. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data and documentation processes. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transcribe audio recordings and convert them into written text with high accuracy.

  • Review and edit transcriptions for clarity and correctness.

  • Ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently into our systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of transcriptions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent listening and typing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Good communication skills.

Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in transcription or data entry roles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in transcription or data management are a plus.
