In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers book reservations while delivering exceptional service and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies. Schedules may include weekends and holidays based on business needs. Schedules can only be changed via a bid process that is awarded based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide
  • Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality
  • Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics
  • Adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
  • Must have at least one year of sales experience
  • Must have a minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
  • Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home
  • Working from home is not designed or intended to be a replacement for appropriate adult or child dependent care
  • Must be able to attend virtual mandatory 4-week training and the network login day for up to 6 hours the Friday before the training begins
  • Must understand and accept the schedule policy: Individual schedules that will be offered for the position are full-time, 40 hour per week schedules that are 8-hour shifts between the operating hours of 7 AM – 10 PM CST. Schedules can include weekends and holidays based on business needs. Schedules can only be changed via a bid process that is awarded based on performance.
  • Must have a Windows PC (no Chromebooks or MACs) with Windows 11 OS or higher
  • Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication
  • Must have a computer USB headset with microphone
  • Must have a webcam, both built-in and detached webcams are acceptable
  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
  • Minimum 10 mbps upload and 100 mbps download
  • Satellite Internet, 5G home Internet/Cellular/Wi-Fi/Hotspot Services (T-Mobile, Verizon) connections are NOT supported
