We are building Pipeline, a local services call-routing and lead-distribution platform that connects homeowners to available plumbers in real time. We are looking for a part-time automation specialist with hands-on expertise in Zapier, Twilio, and Airtable to help us build and maintain core integrations and workflows. This role is execution-focused. You will be implementing real production automations that directly impact revenue and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Zapier automations connecting Twilio, Airtable, Google tools, and internal workflows

• Design Twilio call & SMS workflows (call routing, call outcomes, recordings, notifications)

• Architect and manage Airtable bases used for:

• Plumber availability

• ZIP-based routing

• Call logging and outcomes

• Simple reporting

• Create automations for:

• Lead intake and assignment

• Missed call handling

• Status updates and alerts

• Internal dashboards and tracking

• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability

• Document workflows and logic clearly

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong Zapier experience (multi-step Zaps, filters, paths, webhooks)

• Twilio experience (Voice, SMS, call routing, Studio or API familiarity)

• Airtable expertise (relational bases, formulas, views, permissions)

• Ability to think in systems and logic, not just tools

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Reliable availability and communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplaces or lead-gen businesses

• Familiarity with Google LSA or local services workflows

• Basic API knowledge (REST, webhooks, JSON)

Engagement Details
